Second Hand Sale Rules and Policy
Prohibited Items & Activities
- ✗Reselling items purchased from other sellers at the event is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
- ✗This event is exclusively for convention attendees. Professional vendors must use the main vendor hall.
- ✗All merchandise must be appropriate for all ages. Adult content or mature-rated materials are not allowed.
- ✗Real weapons of any kind are prohibited, including sharpened or unsharpened blades, swords, knives, and throwing weapons. Plastic props are acceptable.
- ✗Unauthorized reproductions, counterfeit merchandise, or bootleg items are not permitted for sale.
- ✗Fan-created translations, subtitles, or dubbed content cannot be sold or traded.
- ✗Handmade or commissioned artwork cannot be sold at this event.
Permitted Items
- ✓Only pre-owned commercial merchandise that you personally own may be sold, with the exception of doujinshi.
- ✓Doujinshi and fan-created manga are allowed, provided they comply with all other regulations.
- ✓Anime merchandise (figures, posters, DVDs, manga, etc.)
- ✓Cosplay items (costumes, wigs, props, accessories)
- ✓Gaming merchandise and collectibles
Important Guidelines & Liability
- •All items will be inspected by event staff upon entry. Items that violate these policies will not be allowed into the sale area.
- •Rejected items must be removed from the venue immediately. No storage or hiding of prohibited items is permitted.
- •Event staff decisions regarding table assignments and item approval are final and must be respected.
- •All staff directives regarding policy enforcement, convention rules, and venue regulations must be followed without delay.
- •OneAnime assumes no responsibility for any transactions conducted at this event. Participants bear full legal responsibility for all merchandise displayed, sold, or exchanged, including accuracy of descriptions and item condition.
- •Violation of these policies may result in removal from the event and potential legal consequences.
