Booth Details

Each 10ft x 10ft booth includes two badges and two chairs. Additional space and amenities can be added through our end cap option.

Setup Information

Confirmed Setup Times:

Thursday Evening: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Exhibit Hall only)

Friday Morning: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

⚠️ Important: All setup must be completed by 10:00 AM on Friday. The Vendors Hall opens to attendees at 11:00 AM.

Bladed Weapons Sales Policy

⚠️ Important: To protect our attendees and comply with venue and insurance requirements, vendors selling swords, knives, or similar items must follow these rules:

  • Permitted Sales: You may sell decorative or functional swords, knives, or blades as merchandise.
  • 📦Sealed Packaging Required: All items must be bagged or boxed and sealed at the point of sale. Customers may not open them on the con floor.
  • 🚶Immediate Removal: Buyers must take purchases directly to their hotel room, car, or off-site location. These items are not permitted for display, cosplay, or carry inside the convention center.
  • 🔒No Handling in Booth: Blades may not be unsheathed, swung, or demonstrated in vendor booths. All display items must remain secured.
  • 🏷️Peace-Bonding Not Applicable to Sales: Peace-bonding is for cosplay props only, not purchased weapons. Purchased blades must leave the venue.
  • ⚠️Non-Compliance: Vendors who violate this policy risk booth closure without refund and potential ban from future events.
