Setup Information
Confirmed Setup Times:
Thursday Evening: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Exhibit Hall only)
Friday Morning: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Important: All setup must be completed by 10:00 AM on Friday. The Vendors Hall opens to attendees at 11:00 AM.
Bladed Weapons Sales Policy
Important: To protect our attendees and comply with venue and insurance requirements, vendors selling swords, knives, or similar items must follow these rules:
- Permitted Sales: You may sell decorative or functional swords, knives, or blades as merchandise.
- Sealed Packaging Required: All items must be bagged or boxed and sealed at the point of sale. Customers may not open them on the con floor.
- Immediate Removal: Buyers must take purchases directly to their hotel room, car, or off-site location. These items are not permitted for display, cosplay, or carry inside the convention center.
- No Handling in Booth: Blades may not be unsheathed, swung, or demonstrated in vendor booths. All display items must remain secured.
- Peace-Bonding Not Applicable to Sales: Peace-bonding is for cosplay props only, not purchased weapons. Purchased blades must leave the venue.
- Non-Compliance: Vendors who violate this policy risk booth closure without refund and potential ban from future events.

Important: OneAnime Convention prohibits the sale, display, or distribution of artwork created using generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in all vendor areas.
GENERATIVE AI PROHIBITION
OneAnime Convention prohibits the sale, display, or distribution of artwork created using generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in all vendor areas, including the Artist Alley, Vendor Hall, and Dealer's Room.
WHAT IS PROHIBITED
This includes but is not limited to artwork generated by tools such as DALL-E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or any other AI system that creates images or other visual artwork. We're talking about AI that creates the actual artwork itself.
ENFORCEMENT
Vendors and artists found selling or displaying AI-generated content will be asked to remove the items immediately. Repeated violations may result in removal from the convention without refund. All vendors and artists must acknowledge that they have not used generative AI technologies in the creation of their artwork.
