Setup Times
Friday Evening: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Exhibit Hall only)
Saturday Morning: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Sunday Teardown: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM (after closing ceremonies)
All setup must be complete by 10:00 AM Saturday. Vendors Hall opens to attendees at 10:00 AM.
// Sales Policy
Bladed Weapons
To protect attendees and comply with venue and insurance requirements, vendors selling swords, knives, or similar items must follow these rules:
- Permitted sales: Decorative or functional swords, knives, or blades as merchandise.
- Sealed packaging required: All items must be bagged or boxed and sealed at the point of sale. Customers may not open them on the con floor.
- Immediate removal: Buyers must take purchases directly to their hotel room, car, or off-site. Not permitted for display, cosplay, or carry inside the convention center.
- No handling in booth: Blades may not be unsheathed, swung, or demonstrated in vendor booths. All display items must remain secured.
- Peace-bonding doesn't apply to sales: Peace-bonding is for cosplay props only, not purchased weapons. Purchased blades must leave the venue.
- Non-compliance: Vendors who violate this policy risk booth closure without refund and potential ban from future events.

AI-Generated Content
OneAnime Convention prohibits the sale, display, or distribution of artwork created using generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in all vendor areas.
Generative AI Prohibition
Prohibition applies to all vendor areas including Artist Alley, Vendor Hall, and Dealer's Room.
What Is Prohibited
Includes artwork generated by tools such as DALL-E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or any AI system that creates images or visual artwork. The actual artwork itself being AI-made.
Enforcement
Vendors and artists found selling or displaying AI-generated content will be asked to remove the items immediately. Repeated violations may result in removal from the convention without refund. All vendors and artists must acknowledge they have not used generative AI in the creation of their artwork.
