We use information you provide to respond to inquiries and administer event registration and applications. Applications and registration take place through services such as Google Forms and start.gg; their privacy notices also apply.
We use Meta Pixel to measure visits and interactions and support advertising unless you turn it off. Meta Pixel may receive IP addresses, device/browser details, pages visited, and interaction information. Meta may connect these details with information it already holds. Manage this through Ad tracking and privacy choices.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replays of page interactions such as clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement. Clarity also receives your IP address (used for approximate location), device and browser details, the pages you visit and what those pages showed. We use this to find and fix usability problems and to improve our website and our event marketing. Clarity may use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies, and Microsoft may use the data it collects, including for advertising, fraud prevention and security, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity masks text typed into form fields and other content it treats as sensitive. Turning off tracking on Ad tracking and privacy choices, or using Global Privacy Control, also turns off Clarity.
We also use Vercel Analytics and Cloudflare Analytics for aggregate site usage measurement. Hosting and security services process technical request information to operate the site. External ticket, application, map and social links lead to other services with their own data practices. This website’s choice does not control those services.
We save tracking choices for one year. For questions about other information we retain, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact [email protected]. Include the nature of your request without sending sensitive information. Available rights depend on applicable law.
