Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Volunteer Status: Must be an active, approved OneAnime volunteer in good standing.

Travel Eligibility: Must be legally able to travel internationally and possess valid travel documents.

Exclusions: OneAnime owners, board members, immediate family members, and household members are ineligible. All volunteers are eligible to participate, including staff volunteers.

Geographic: Must be a legal resident of the United States.

Volunteer Hours: Must complete minimum required volunteer hours as specified in volunteer agreement.

Application: Must submit complete volunteer application and be approved by OneAnime.

Conduct: Must maintain professional conduct and follow all OneAnime policies during volunteer period.

Entry Calculation: Entries are earned based on volunteer hours completed. Each hour volunteered equals one raffle entry. No limit on total entries per person.

Travel Package: One (1) travel package to Japan including roundtrip airfare from Salt Lake City or major California international airport, hotel accommodations, and intercity transportation.

Duration: Minimum 5 days, maximum as determined by selected package.

Package Value: Approximate retail value varies by package selected. No cash equivalent available.

Additional Expenses: Winner responsible for all expenses not specifically included in package, including but not limited to: meals, personal shopping, travel insurance, visas, passport fees, and any other personal expenses.

Travel Dates: Subject to availability. Must be booked within 12 months of winning notification.

Alternative Prize: Winner may choose alternative destination and receive equivalent credit value instead of Japan trip.

Selection Method: Random drawing from all eligible entries.

Notification: Winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 30 days of drawing.

Response Time: Winner must respond within 7 days of notification or forfeit prize.

Verification: Winner must provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility.

Alternate Winner: If original winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, alternate winner will be selected.

Passport: Winner must possess valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from travel date.

Visa Requirements: Winner responsible for obtaining any required visas or travel documents.

Travel Insurance: Winner strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance at their own expense.

Health Requirements: Winner responsible for any required vaccinations or health clearances.

Travel Restrictions: Travel subject to government travel advisories, health restrictions, and other factors beyond OneAnime's control.

Booking Window: Must be booked within 12 months of winning notification or prize expires.

Non-Transferable: Prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or assigned.

No Cash Value: No cash equivalent or substitution allowed except as specified.

Travel Agent Services: OneAnime is not a travel agent. Winner will work directly with travel provider for booking and arrangements.

Handoff Point: OneAnime's responsibility ends upon delivery of travel package to winner. No ongoing support or assistance provided.

Package Changes: Travel provider may modify package details. OneAnime not responsible for changes made by third parties.

Force Majeure: OneAnime not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control.

Release of Claims: By accepting prize, winner releases OneAnime, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in giveaway or use of prize.

Travel Risks: Winner acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with international travel, including but not limited to health risks, safety risks, and political instability.

Third Party Services: OneAnime not responsible for actions, omissions, or negligence of travel providers, airlines, hotels, or other third parties.

Indemnification: Winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OneAnime, its staff, board members, owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims arising from winner's travel or use of prize.

Maximum Liability: OneAnime's total liability shall not exceed the value of the travel package.

Modification: OneAnime reserves right to modify, suspend, or terminate giveaway at any time without notice.

Disqualification: OneAnime reserves right to disqualify any participant for violation of terms or inappropriate conduct.

Technical Issues: OneAnime not responsible for technical failures, computer malfunctions, or other issues affecting participation.

Taxes: Travel package includes all applicable taxes and fees. Winner responsible for any personal income tax obligations related to prize value.

Publicity: Winner may be required to participate in publicity activities. Winner grants OneAnime right to use name and likeness for promotional purposes.

Governing Law: These terms governed by laws of Utah. Any disputes resolved in Utah courts.
